#1 With a Bullet Point: 4 Death Mage Feats
Regular price: $1.00
Bundle price:
 $0.38
Format:
 Watermarked PDF

Sometimes rules supplements read like the world-setting bible of frustrated novelists. While solid world-building is a useful skill, you don’t always need four paragraphs of flavor text to tell you swords are cool, magic is power, shadows are scary, and orcs are savage. Sometimes a GM doesn’t have time to slog through a page of history for every magic weapon. Sometimes all that’s needed are a few cool ideas, with just enough information to use them in a game. Sometimes, all you need are bullet points.

#1 With A Bullet Point is a line of very short, cheap PDFs each of which gives the bare bones of a set of related options. It may be five spells, six feats, eight magic weapon special abilities, or any other short set of related rules we can cram into about...

Monster Menagerie: The Kingdom of Graves
Regular price: $3.99
Bundle price:
 $1.53
Format:
 Watermarked PDF

Welcome to the Kingdom of Graves, the second in our line of Monster Menagerie monster books for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. Each volume in this line presents a small set of monsters tied to a single theme, but spread over a range of CRs. For the Kingdom of Graves, that theme is undead with a place at court. Rather than a random collection of tomb-dusters, author Sam Hing has put together an awesome set of cold ones that tie into twisted versions of the common fantasy kingdom. We have lords, knights, maidens-in-waiting, couriers, and even siege engines, all from the black courts of the dead.

This collection can be helpful to GMs in many different ways. Since the foes within range f...

The Genius Guide to Exalted Domains of War and Ruin
Regular price: $3.99
Bundle price:
 $1.53
Format:
 Watermarked PDF

Although classes such as the oracle, druid, and inquisitor all have a special connection with the divine, perhaps no class has a deeper or more powerful bond to the gods than the cleric. Clerics show this deep devotion to their deity in many ways, one of the most important of which is the selection of their two granted domains. The choice of specific domains helps to shape and define the cleric, and it defines what aspects of their gods are foremost in the cleric's faith and worship.

Some clerics, however, choose not to divide their energy and devotion between two different domains. Instead they dedicate themselves completely to a single domain, becoming paragons of one aspect of their deities. In return for sacrificing the flexibility and po...

The Genius Guide to the Death Mage
Regular price: $3.99
Bundle price:
 $1.53
Format:
 Watermarked PDF

The death mage is a new core class, designed for use with the Pathfinder RPG. It is an arcane spellcasting class that focuses on powers drawn from the dead, dying, and undead. Death mages are not just specialist wizards or variant sorcerers, but an entirely new kind of arcane spellcaster with different types of powers and a unique spell list. A death mage is designed to allow characters to draw deeply on the iconic forces of death, spirit and shadow, without requiring them be evil or focus on undead (though both are options).

Though often mistaken for necromancer-specialist wizards, undead-bloodline sorcerers, or clerics of gods of death and repose, death mages are truthfully closer in function and training to druids. While a druid is servant...

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
