This is a method I've developed for quickly and easily converting 5E stat blocks to Dungeon World.
The companion video acts as a more in depth preview, as I use it to show a full 5E stat block next to its Dungeon World conversion and what that same monster looks like in the Dungeon World rulebook. The video also includes a customized version of that same monster, which you won't see in the PDF preview,... [click here for more] |

The ACE Adventure Design Method is useful for RPG adventure designers and authors alike. It uses four acronyms: ACE, AIMS, LAND and WHAT to aid in the design of an adventure from a purely fictional point-of-view, allowing you to leave the "crunch" of mechanics behind while you focus of the conflict, npcs, locations and encounters.
The video link describes and shows an example of use for the L.A.N.D.... [click here for more] |

Session Zero is a zine geared towards collaborative world building, using inspiration from popular media.
Issue 1: The Smoldering Swamp looks to The Princess Bride for inspiration; inspired by - but not a slave to - that inspiration. So while you'll find a chocolate covered pill to help someone recover from being "mostly dead", bursts of flame and pits that will swallow you without warning, you'll... [click here for more] |

Spellmarked is a Compendium Class for Dungeon World heavily inspired by Dragonmarks found in D&D's Eberron Campaign Setting. It differs from other Compendium Classes in that it provides a one-time choice of seven "Spellmarks" which must be selected at character creation. Each spellmark - which looks like a specifically shaped birthmark - grants a passive ability and short... [click here for more] |

Create ten random people with the shared context of "Local Tavern" and use what you learn about them to make a dynamic tavern that you don't have to improvise on game day. It then morphs into a workbench that you can use to create any collection of people with a shared context.
Two Files:
